We are enhancing our client engagement and sales strategies and seeking a dedicated Sales Manager
Responsibilities:

Lead and actively expand the international and ukrainian client base (cold sales)

Handle client inquiries and prepare tailored commercial proposals for each client

Act as a liaison between the client and the team of lawyers
-
Manage project reporting in Trello and oversee lawyers' deadline compliance
-
Control service quality along with partners and senior lawyers
Requirements:
-
At least one year of experience in the sphere of client management (B2B) or sales of services, or Information Technology products (B2B)
-
Legal education or experience in legal business will be an advantage, enabling a quicker understanding of client requests and issues

Interest in Tech Law sectors, staying informed about news and trends

Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level (mandatory)

Ability to build effective communication with clients and the team, good listening and explanatory skills

Understanding business and client needs, focusing on client success, and building partnership relationships. Attentive to deadlines, fulfills agreements and commitments with the client, and ensures quality flow

Results-oriented, sets ambitious professional goals, and has an action plan to achieve them
