Middle Tech Lawyer

We are currently strengthening our legal practice, that is why we are looking for a mid-level lawyer to join the team.

What you will do:

-  accompany clients and organize work on the project in the areas of:

  • corporate law (EU, Great Britain, the USA) 

  • contract law (law of England and Wales, law of separate states in the United States)

  • tax planning and structuring

  • protection of intellectual property (mainly EU, Great Britain, the USA)

  • personal data protection (mainly EU, Great Britain, the USA)

  • legal accompaniment of startups and Web3 projects

- coordinate work of juniors, paralegals, mentor and teach interns

- participate in company projects in other areas: sales/PR and marketing/team leading if desired

What we wait for from our ideal applicant:

  • 2 years of work experience in a law firm or as a lawyer in an Tech company

  • English at B2-C1 level

  • experience in independent work on projects and skills in organizing teamwork

  • interest in Tech Law, modern trends, and technologies; understanding how Tech companies work and are organized
